From my kitchen to yours
Start with good bread and whole-milk ricotta. Let the ricotta come to room temperature before spreading. That small step makes it smoother, lighter, and more flavorful.
How Italians serve it
Ricotta toast is often eaten simply, with olive oil and a pinch of salt. From there, you can build it your way. Honey and fruit, tomatoes and herbs, or even roasted vegetables. Let the season guide you.
